A. 렌탈을 이용하시는 전 기간 동안 제품 하자로 인한 A/S 가능합니다. 붐펫 고객센터 (1577-3516) 또는 A/S 접수 게시판에 문의 주시면 신속하게 진행 됩니다.
Q. 관리나 소모품 교체는 어떻게 하나요?
A. 필터청소는 청소기나 접착 클리너를 이용하여 털, 먼지를 제거해 주시면 됩니다. 소모품은 연 1회, 아로마캡슐 4개입, 캐빈필터 1개, 프리필터 2개를 발송해 드립니다.
Q. 전기료 부담이 크지 않을까요?
A. 붐펫만의 에어테크놀로지 시스템으로, 사용된 공기 에너지를 재사용 하는 구조입니다. 이로 인해 낮은 전력으로 긴 시간 사용이 가능하여 전기료 부담이 비교적 낮습니다.
Q. 드라이 시간은 얼마나 걸리나요?
A. 반려동물의 체구나 모량에 따라 차이가 있으며, 물기 제거 타월링의 정도에 따라 시간의 차이가 크게 있을 수 있습니다.
